The BindID Admin Portal allows you to manage your BindID tenant and configuration. Here's everything you need to know to get started.

Login for the First Time

You can login for the first time using the email invitation that you received upon signing up. Accept the invitation to login to the BindID Admin Portal as the first admin for your tenant. If you don't already have a BindID tenant, sign up for free.

Brand Your Identity Experience

You can customize your new authentication experience to match your brand identity, including logo, brand colors, and email templates. On the Branding page, modify the default email templates, upload your company logo, and customize colors that are used for the authentication screens. If you want fine-grained control of the authentication experience, you can upload a custom css file that determines the appearance of your authentication pages' HTML elements.

Manage Portal Access and Admin Roles

You can manage the admins that can access this tenant and invite additional members of your organization to the portal. From Settings > Admins tab, click Invite admin to invite a new admin by email. For information on how to assign admins with role-based access to BindID features, see Admin Roles.

Management API Credentials

To use the Management APIs, you need to create an API Credentials ID and Secret from the Settings > API Credentials tab. After creating the credentials, use the Token API to create a bearer authorization token for Management API requests. Once created, a token is valid for 30 days (2592000 seconds).
