IP/Domain Allow Lists

If your network server policy uses allow lists to manage access to external IP addresses and websites, you'll need to configure your allow list to enable access to BindID resources.

BindID IP Addresses

All BindID resources are served behind Amazon CloudFront and Cloudflare. Add BindID system IP addresses to your allow list based on the lists published by Cloudflare and AWS (see Learn how to get Amazon CloudFront IPs). Since the AWS list is dynamic and could be extended anytime, you can subscribe to receive notifications of IP changes as described here.

Required BindID Domains

If you allow list domains for production, add the following domains to your list of allowed domains:

  • *.identity.security
  • *.bindid.io
  • bind.vip
  • eu.bind.vip
  • *.eu.bindid.io
  • *.eu.identity.security

In addition, the following domains are required for a sandbox environment:

  • *.bindid-sandbox.io
  • sand.vip
